Week 3 - Compassion, harmony, spiritual balance and well being
Challenge: Observe yourself today in your interactions with other. Take mental notes of your responses and how you identified with who you interacted with.
Challenge: Evaluate the strengths (truths, standards and judgments) in your humility.
Challenge: Practice compassionate honesty. If you are 'filling a need' today, be sure you are drawing from truthful definitions of 'need'.
Challenge: No lies today! Not even a teeny tiny one.
Challenge: Love Strong: Ok... it's Monday! Make the effort and intentionally be the 'chipper' morning person, but make it an all day thing. Don't be obnoxious, just a strong attitude in love today: authentically kind.
April 29 -May 5: STRENGTH - fairness, integrity, standards, weights and measures, truth.
