Same as:
- The humility aspect of our empathy and sympathy (our capabilities to place ourselves in another’s shoes)
- The levels of gratitude we display when helping others or ourselves (Does our help draw from compassion or is it out of duty or because of guilt)
- The positions we place our compassion in (too many people, not enough people, helpful too excessively, never help… positions like that)
Provable: The correct position of compassion has the power to calm a tense situation.
The humbled side of compassion is usually evident in displays of grateful service to others. Besides the benefits to another, it enriches your inner spirit by withdrawing your focus on yourself.
Semi-challenge….If you happen to be going through a rough time, counteract your anxieties or depressions by quickly listing all of the bad things you’re going through, DO NOT REFLECT for even a moment, then? Throw that list away. Today – release yourself from the emotional negatives attached to what you threw in the trash. REMEMBER!!! DO NOT REFLECT, ONLY REJECT AND EJECT IT! (I tried this method and it showed me how large I was making small problems.)
Challenge: Literally… Count your blessings today. Take a moment to be grateful and thank God for what He’s done for you personally.
Humility fosters Beauty
