Today’s perspective: To stand or not to stand, to be humbled or not be humbled, to honestly have gratitude or not have gratitude at all.
Humility must be disciplined.
Humbled behavior does not compromise self respect or respect for others. It does not over-reach its position, it strengthens it. Temperament relies on rational judgments for coping skills to grow.
Some things we can do, somethings we cannot. Our humility encourages us to try, try, try again.
Challenge: Use today as your day to honestly humble your pride. If possible, attempt something impossible. If you are unable to attempt the impossible, reflect on that very humbling truth.
Strength fosters Humility
Pro 15:33 The fear of Jehovah is the instruction of wisdom, and before honor is humility. (MKJV)
