Two little words… (The humility of humility)

Friday, 19 July 2019

I’m sorry!  I apologize!  (have skipped two entries, not intentionally)

It’s time! It’s NOW! (Words spoken that I’ve heard in the last two days)

I can! I will! I shall!  (Words spoken out of my own mouth)

What now? What if?  (personal questions to test my intentions)

I believe!  (me shaking off all the doubts that defeat my victory and standing in God’s chosen position (humility) for me: His believing child)

Two little words can expressively cause profound changes. Shortest verse in the bible? John 11:35 – “Jesus wept.”

Two words as my reply… Humility’s humility.

While working yesterday, I was in deep meditation and the Spirit gave me two little words that make a real difference. But, not two words for me alone, but for every child of God:

“Jesus prays”.

Not past tense like we find in John 17, but in the present tense. TODAY, He intercedes on our behalves while seated at the right hand of God. (Hebrews 8:1-6)

Jesus prays the excellent prayer on our behalf and our Father grants it. Whatever we pray for that Jesus comes into agreement with is done!!!

Humility’s humility: being positioned in complete agreement with Jesus Christ.

Challenge: Pray in agreement with Jesus today, not make Jesus come into agreement with you.

Humility fosters Humility

***quick note:  I have been compelled to evolve the blog a bit. Please be patient with the transitional changes. Thanks! – W
