14/49: Owning Your Truth

Sunday

Matthew 21:21-22 (ESV) And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”

No, not a mistake in reprinting yesterday’s scripture. In these specific scriptures, the word ‘faith’ means the truthfulness of God.

Questions you may want to ask yourself: Is my faith my own? Or is it someone else’s?

Today, take ownership of the truthfulness of God created in you. You are designed to be honest, assuring, fearless, trustworthy, confident, and, most importantly, affirmed by God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
