Mathew 26:39 (KJV) And He went a little further, and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “ O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Expressions in this character are displayed in our willingness to endure hard things for the benefit of others.

Things to ask when measuring how far you’ll go for humility’s sake: Is the cause I’m submitting to mine, another’s, God’s? Is the cause I fight for mine, another’s, God’s? Do I know the difference in a righteous cause and a ’cause to be right’?

Today – evaluate the motives behind your cause(s). Determine which goal should stay and which should leave.
