Within humility lies bonding agents that create how humans emotionally approach life in general. We complain, or we are grateful. We have pride, or we are humbled. At any given moment, any lies humility has bonded to will reflect in our behaviors and visa-versa with truths.
Ask yourself: Can I attach to gratitude as a habit? Can I let past hurts / experiences go that keep me from being thankful?
Today- Leaving nothing aside, be grateful for the duration of the entire day. In ALL things – find gratitude.
